Hello Nacre, I got the information, that Netabalone has saved all games, but there is still the problem to get them. Beyond Netabalone some players have collected games, but there is still the problem of the file-format, since many games are Aba-Pro games and some games are gam(MLA)-games. I would be glad to see two things: 1. a format-translator of Aba-Pro and gam-files into a PGN-file -> an input-window (copy-paste) for the notation or a load-feature for both files. 2. an easy and clear arranged universal PGN-format Best Regards, Silver --Last edited by SilverSurfer on 2006-03-20 00:29:06 -- |

yeah but NetAb games are in a format easy to convert (to the MLA XML format or any other to be agreed). i've asked for the netab db and finally got nothing lol. abapro games cannot be read, tino says he cant provide the source code to read it. to me PGN is rubbish (except for chess), text readable format is clear enough. a standard is interesting if there are many programs to read them (lol) | |||
