Administrator-Account:
The Funky-AbaloneTheory-JazzClub-account and the AbaloneTheory-Forum-account are impersonal pseudos: they don't not belong to any person.
There are some members, who share these pseudos. If these members are posting messages with their personal accounts, than these messages are ranked like all other member-messages.
There will be a time, that some members will leave the administration and maybe the forum, too, and other members will take part in the administration.
The "impersonal pseudos" are an expression of the evolution of Abalone. The work on this forum is not the work of one human-being, rather an output of the Abalone-evolution.


How many Administrators in present days:
There are now three administrators.


Responsibility:
If there are important messages, than at least two administrators confirm the important messages.


Administrator-Functions:
The main-task for the Administration is to organize the forum: the categories, the topics and so on.  But there are many more admin-functions, for example sanction-functions: “delete-messages”, “ban”, “cancel” and so on.
We try  to handle these function carefully.


Problems with problematic memebers:
If there are many problems with members, then we invite them to stop with their destructively action. If they don’t stop, even if we invite them again and again, and if they ignore all suggestions, then we threaten with a ban of one day. If there is no change at all, then we ban those destructive members for one day to give them and us a rest and distance to think about the last events.
If the problematic members continue their destructively actions, than we have to find a individual solution according to the case.

currently I am one of the members of the Funky-Forum, who is sharing and administering the administration-account joint with other members.
I am very glad to see you on this Forum. Please allow me to introduce myself    

I am from Germany and I play Abalone since two years. I have established the Funky-Forum with two other players, because I complained about the theory-lack of Abalone. My personal main-aim on this Forum is to establish a theory-forum and to prepare a training-help for Abalone-Beginners and medium-advanced players.

I am not interested in claiming, that the Funky-Forum is my forum or something like that. I will leave this forum anytime   and I will be glad, if other players will continue and improve the work on the Funky-forum. Maybe they will change the name or the organisation or the principles or the theory, etc. – it will be their decision and responsibility. I am glad to be here in the present days.

I am not interested in being a master or something like this. If I meet on Netabalone players, who invite me to be their master, I always feel: this is not my job and interest. Of my point of view, everyone should try to be his/her own master from the beginning. I don’t like all the manners of master-admiration and master-reverence. I prefer the mutual and equal-emancipated dialogue, since we are all responsible, individual human beings. Its certainly a pity that this self-confidently character is sometimes muddled up with master-manners.
I understand and accept these players on Netabalone, who feel admiration for the good players, and the masters, who are delighted about the admiration. This is a social-relation since thousand of years till the “modern spirit” - everyone has to develop social-relations by oneself.

I like two aspects of Abalone.  I like very much the theoretical investigation of Abalone, particular since it is a pretty unexplored investigation-object. And I like the playing. Most of the time I like to play fast games, with less thinking time, just for fun. Sometimes I play with longer thinking time, if I like to. In this case I experience often something like the “ beauteousness, elegancy and aesthetics of the game” – its magic    
The theoretical pleasure, the fun and the beauteousness are very nice experiences – I think so – and I am happy about Abalone, since its much more than diversion. I try, not to play, if I don’t experience these phenomena, because I don’t want to force it.  Therefore I can say: I love Abalone
